Yellow Shrimp (Neocaridina heteropoda var. yellow)
Yellow shrimp are almost exactly like their Red Cherry Shrimp cousins. Except they have a color variation that encourages a yellow coloring instead of red. The coloration will be deeper and richer if they are in a tank with a dark substrate and you will also likely find the females to be more colorful than males.
These are also great algae eaters and are probably a bit harder to find currently than the red cherry shrimp. These are sometimes called gold shrimp as well.
